UNIQLO Davao Roadside Store Grand Opening: First in Mindanao!

With the launch of the new Davao Roadside Store, UNIQLO expands its nationwide footprint and introduces the well-liked concept outside of Luzon for the first time.

Convenience and community are the cornerstones of UNIQLO Roadside Stores. In addition to providing a one-stop shopping experience, these stores are made to integrate into the communities they serve by meeting neighborhood needs and promoting the brand's steadfast dedication to sustainability.

Customers can take advantage of Persons With Disability (PWD)-friendly passageways, a dedicated parking area, Click and Collect for expedited transactions, and a wider range of LifeWear items for the whole family at the new UNIQLO Davao Roadside Store, which brings all of these amenities to Mindanao. Customers can also use the UTMe! printing business that lets customers use their own photos, text, and graphics, or pre-made design elements, to create their own distinctive shirts or tote bags in-store.

There will be amazing promotions and surprises to commemorate the launch of the ground-breaking UNIQLO Davao Roadside Store. Customers may take advantage of exclusive discounts and freebies with every purchase from July 25 to July 31. Among the limited-edition pieces are the Men's and Women's Pocketable UV Protection Parka from P1,490 to P1,990, the Women's Wide Trouser Jeans from P1,490 from P1,990, the Men's and Women's U Crew Neck T-Shirt from P390 from P590, and the Men's AIRism Cotton Polo Shirts from P790 from P990.

From July 25 to July 31, collectors of UNIQLO novelty goods will also be treated to a complimentary UNIQLO Toiletry Bag with a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000. Customers must scan their UNIQLO App at the time of purchase in order to receive the novelty item.

Popular Davao local brands also participate in the festivities. Fourth Street, Lachi's, and Malagos Chocolate will all be highlighted in a UTme! cooperation as well as exclusive promos. Customers who purchase any item at the UNIQLO Davao Roadside Store are eligible to win a free Malagos Chocolate 65% 9g bar, a free slice of Lachi's Classic Sans Rival, or a free cup of coffee of their choosing at Fourth Street Café. From July 25 to July 31, all they have to do is play gachapon at the novelty booth, which has no minimum expenditure requirements.

 

Additionally, UNIQLO's partnership with these regional companies includes a series of limited-edition tote and shirt designs that will be unveiled at the store's opening. Kublai Millan, a well-known artist from Davao, collaborated with UNIQLO to create the designs, which will only be offered at the brand-new Davao Roadside Store.

Together with the Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA), UNIQLO also worked with Malagos Chocolate to offer training opportunities for its farmers as part of their cooperation and sustainability initiatives.
