Inside Look: The Inspiration Behind HATASU's CAREAVAN Campaign

HATASU, which is well-known for its affordable and environmentally friendly riding options, launches HATASU Careavan, an educational public service project, to advance their objective of offering a 360-degree customer journey from presales to aftersales.

HATASU initiates an educational campaign with their HATASU Careavan

HATASU has always been open about its goal of giving customers a 360-degree experience by attending to their riding requirements and pain areas. In order to make their ebikes available to every Filipino, this begins with educating the market about ebikes and forming partnerships with major dealers and financial institutions. After the transaction, they offer aftersales service. The brand's recently announced HATASU Careavan, a public service campaign aimed toward educating both current and potential ebike users, is one way it is achieving this goal.

The HATASU Careavan is an offline event that travels through various provinces and cities. The brand will be holding ebike education seminars over the course of the two to three days of the event, including a Safety Riding Program in collaboration with the local government unit and a HATASU ebike 101 to present and illustrate the many HATASU ebike models that are now available and their features.

Existing ebike owners can have their bikes inspected for maintenance or repairs during the event. On the other side, interested parties can also purchase their ideal ebike at the HATASU Careavan, where installment partners and sales professionals will be on available to answer any questions from prospective clients.

The HATASU Careavan campaign was launched to empower current and potential customers with the necessary ebike education as well as to give them a way to access our products and have them regularly checked. Austine Huang, COO of HATASU Philippines, says, "At HATASU, we want to do our part in ensuring proper road guidelines and etiquette are in place."

Successful 1st Leg at Goa, Bicol last March
