Join the Team: Amazon Operation Services Philippines Offers Jobs in Davao City

Over 500 customer support representatives will be hired by Amazon Operation Services Philippines for full-time, permanent roles that will require night shift work and complete work from home. This announcement was made today. The additional employees will bolster Amazon's current customer care teams in Cebu and Manila and support the first-rate service the company provides to consumers in the United States and other nations.

Candidates must be residents of Davao City, be eligible to work in the Philippines, and possess a high school degree or its equivalent. In addition, they should be at ease working from home full-time, have an appropriate workspace that includes a dependable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50Mbps, and have at least one (1) year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar setting.
