Beyond Imagination: Big Bad Wolf Book 2023 Sale Closes the Chapter in Davao City

Big Bad Wolf Books has started its final Philippine stop in Davao City, scheduled for 2023! Last December 14, an exclusive sneak peek at the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale Philippines' final leg was hosted by important opinion leaders, VIPs, and respected media guests.

Furthermore, Big Bad Wolf Books is excited to welcome DavaoeƱos to peruse its extensive collection, which includes over 2 million books, extensive genre lists, and incredible discounts of up to 95% off.

WHEN: December 15 - 23, 2023 // 10:00AM - 10:00PM

WHERE: Function Hall 1, SMX Convention Center, SM Lanang Premier

Ambassador Abdul Malik Melvin Castelino of Malaysia to the Philippines was present, signifying the close relationship between Malaysian-born companies and the Philippines. Additionally, Consul General Deddy Faisal of the Consulate in Davao graced the occasion, reiterating his support for cultural endeavors and dedication to encouraging literary engagement in the community.

Genrose Tecson, Head of the Office of the Vice President - Mindanao Office, was speaking on behalf of Vice President and Secretary of Education Sarah Duterte. Her attendance served as a reminder of how crucial it is to back programs that advance Mindanaoans' wellbeing and intellectual development. Mayor Sebastian Duterte was represented at the event by Salome M. Enoc, Officer-in-Charge of the City Library & Information Center.

The event's potential as a tourist attraction for the city was acknowledged by Cherry Faye B. Al-Ag, who attended on behalf of Councilor Dr. Bernard Al-Ag, and Jennifer Romero, the officer-in-charge of Davao City Tourism Operations.
