I celebrated this year's Chinese New Year with delicious yet affordable dimsum from Heng Kee.

Dimsum is a style of Cantonese cuisine prepared as small bite-sized portions of food traditionally served in small steamer baskets or on small plates.It is usually linked with the older tradition from drinking tea which has its roots in travelers on the ancient Silk Road needing a place to rest.

My personal favourite would be Xiao Long Bao, Pork and Shrimp Siomai, Chef's Dumpling, Japanese Siomai and Chocolate Buchi. Try their Chocolate Buchi, it may be a bit expensive but it's worth every penny.
