Hello guys! Clea here. I wanted to greet you guys ADVANCE MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Thank you for viewing my posts and maybe there was a time you read some of them. I hope you would still take time and view my blog. Enjoy your holidays!

Hat: Gaisano Mall | Dress: Thrifted | Shoes : Melissa

*I look like Mrs.Claus here but who cares? It's Christmas! How I wish I could go to Harajuku so that I could feel I belong there since people wear this kind of Christmas dress for their parties.
**I bought this dress last year which fits perfectly but then I lost weight so now it's loose but you can't see it because I used many clips at the back so that I could flaunt my new figure. (lol).
Hello! I created a new tumblr for my blog so you can follow me on tumblr (cleabanal.tumblr.com). All my past posts are there so don't worry if you missed some old entries. All those who will follow me on tumblr, don't you worry because I'll follow you too. So that I can create new friends ヾ(^∇^). I think my tumblr would be more updated because it's easier to post photos there via instagram.  Btw, comments, suggestions and reactions may it be bad or good but I hope it's mostly good would be greatly appreciated, may it be on tumblr or on this blog and I'll reply to your comments, I promise.

Did you like my new layout? Less clutter on my right sidebar and all my links or almost all are located below my banner. Is it a YAY or NAY?

So this is my first time doing a travel blog, so pardon me if I don't do things the way a travel bloggers do.
This is my favorite country so far since I started traveling to the point that this trip was my fourth time to come here but the city never ceases to amaze me with its new attractions, scrumptious food and warm people. Singapore can be considered to be the  "America of Asia". Even though their land area is small, it did not hinder them to achieve their dream to become a progressive country. It is unimaginable how a small fishing village before became one of the Asian Tigers today.
(I felt like a student again while typing this. I can go on spurting info like an Asian Geek but I need to restrain myself. )
Also sorry for the over overdue post, I need to be inspired to write stuff and I have been, well, uninspired to due circumstances. Stop. Just go to the photos directly.

It has been a long time since I did my first review. (What a lazy ass blogger) .

My mom has been scolding me since time and memorial about how I disregard skin care. Well, I was complacent as always because I do not have any acne or any major problems about my skin except when Finals start because due to stress and worry somehow my skin breaks out 4 pimples at the same time (Worst experience, 4 years ago.) Since I graduated recently I have been thinking of taking care of my skin. No more finals to worry! My mom bought this moisturizer for my dad, yes my dad because he is more vain in skincare than me. Hoho. I have been using it on and off but I decided to use it straight these past few weeks and boy I am addicted to it! I want to purchase my own skin care products asap but I need to halt it since Hada Labo is not available here in Davao and I wish I could buy their products in my upcoming trip to Vietnam. Not that I am not satisfied with this product but I want to their the bloggers craze about Hada Labo. Even though you have good skin, you need to take care of it especially when you have dry skin.

Benefits of Using Moisturizer:
 1. Decelerate skin aging process.
-Dryness or people who have dry skin tend to have wrinkles when they age so as much as possible we need to prevent them because prevention is better than cure.
2. Healthy Looking Skin (Radiant / Glowing)
3. Hold make-up better
 - you can use moisturizer as base. 2 in 1 function, hold make up better and moisturize skin. How wicked!

Hi There! I miss blogging so much but there are things which I think is more important than me blogging. Oh how I wish I could be a blogging machine. Always inspired to write, edit photos and post them here but no, I am not that kind of blogger. I am currently devastated right now because 1. I accidentally deleted all my 1000++ photos on my itouch because I forgot that updating the software to iOS 5.1.1 means deleting all the data, I am genius right? 2. Because the Berry Banana Krushers in KFC is phased out. Imagine KFC without Berry Banana, sad right? T______________T

So what is more important than blogging? Well, it is job hunting! Being a student is much and waaaay more easy than finding a job especially finding the right job according to your course. So this is the outfit I wore for my first job interview at an accessory company.

I know I promised to write more frequently but there are instances wherein I felt so depressed, I don't know what to write anymore. So my kit lens is somewhat broken because of error 01 which kept on appearing on my screen for about a week already. Though sometimes it is ok when using automatic mode. I am going on a trip before May ends so I hope the lens would not act mighty and fail on me during the said trip. That was the main reason why I was depressed because I love "Ran" (Kiss X4) and her babies (lenses) especially Kit was not well. Hopefully, I could write a review or even post OOTD before my trip this May 29. Sorry for the random rant guys. Cheer for me! d(ゝc_,・*)ок♪

Love,
Clea

Sorry for the late update on this portion of my blog. I love to dress up but lately I wear clothes that are either not blog worthy or the photographer in me is too lazy to take photos of the ugly outfits.  I need to work on this.

Even though the weather here in Davao is bi-polar (extreme heat during the day and harsh rain during nights), it did not hinder me from wearing spring inspired outfit. The skirt was a breather in my closet since I usually purchase plain skirts (one without prints). Georgette on georgette ensemble for summer/spring inspired outfit. I wore can can hat for two reasons; for more spring vibe and the most important reason is that my roots looks horrible on photos. Hopefully I can go to the salon next week and get my hair done.
Sorry for my chubby face. I can't seem to loose weight on my face.

Hat: G-Mall
Top: Bazaar
Skirt: Cinema Club
Bracelet: Promod
Flats: Rubi

So how do you guys sport spring/summer fashion? Hope to hear from you soon. (*≧▽≦)

A quick shout out to my little girl who is celebrating her birthday today.
Happy Labor Day everyone!!! In celebration , I came back with a review! Yay! (^_-)☆

Being a fan of hair dying for years, my hair suffered the most since hair color indeed damages hair no matter what expensive brands you use (Revlon,Wella, Schwarzkopf and others). It is usually dry when I use shampoo often. So I need to moisturize my hair often so that despite the fact that it is indeed dead, at least it looks presentable. So I present to you Silk Secrets (One Minute Hot Oil Treatment). It was my stylist that suggested this product since they use it at their salon and he wants me to save some time and money (I love him for that).

Because it is made of dirt :))
First of all, I want to say sorry for the error post a while ago. I did not notice it was blank at all, I saved it but then it got lost somehow so I made a new one.

Moving on,exfoliating is important to maintain youthful skin but often if not always, we tend to forget to exfoliate our skin.So why do we need to exfoliate/remove all dead skin cells?

1. It makes your skin dull
New cells would only show up if dead skin cells were removed since it sits on top of the new cells. The new cells makes your skin look young and feel supple. The most effective way of removing one's dead skin cells is through exfoliation.

2.It can clog pores
Clogged pores can lead to blemishes like blackheads, whiteheads and worse, acne. So we need to remove it at least once a week to keep our skin healthy. Also, the moisturizer you are using cannot penetrate into your skin because of clogged pores.

3. Because we need it
Skin is the largest organ in our body and we need to take care of it since it will be with us for the rest of our lives. Abused skin could make you look older than your original age and young skin, well makes you look younger. Also, skin could be our best accessory sans all the make-up and beautiful dresses.

So this is the product that I have been using for months now, Olive Body Scrub by Body Shop. As to why I chose this among others is because the manager told it is their best seller.
This is what the product looks like. Lots of granules = more exfoliating power!

The product on my hand and yes, it is dark green.
It is being rubbed on my skin. So you can see how the granules eventually disappear when I keep on rubbing it.
Finished product!!!~ Taadaaa. . ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ The photo does not give justice as to what the product could do. My hand needs appear shiny. Sorry for the bad photo.

Pros
- It smells good
- It exfoliates skin thoroughly
- Does not leave skin dry after exfoliating (it has somewhat moisturizing powers)
- It has a lot of granules

Cons
- A little bit expensive (200ml for Php1,095)

Overall Rating :
It is a good product by The Body Shop which helps us experience relaxation in our own bathrooms. We do not need to go to salons/spas to experience this treatment and it can save you more money when you buy this rather, more than 5 applications for the whole body.  It smells great btw! You can visit the nearest Body Shop outlet in your neighborhood and try this since they have testers.

P.S
Do not use Body Scrub for your face because it is too harsh and Do not scrub more than twice a week because it will make your skin dry.

Tell me, how do you guys exfoliate your skin? Love to hear from you soon. ( ̄ー ̄)

One Saturday, I saw my friend with her baby. I have not seen her baby in person since we drifted apart due to numerous reasons with no bad feelings involved. In addition, I had an informal “photoshoot” with her son, so here comes the adorable model.
